IJM Scholarship Awards Programme
The IJM Scholarship Award programme was established to help develop, nurture and raise young and bright Malaysian talents of the future. Through our awards, students are given a chance to realise their potential, hence, achieving their highest ambitions.
Students with excellent academic record, who are proactive and highly-motivated, and intend to pursue or are pursuing any one of the following courses are encouraged to apply for the IJM Scholarship Awards.
IJM Scholarship Preffered Courses
The scholarship is offerred only for the following preffered dicipline:
1. Bachelor of Architecture
2. Bachelor of Estate Management
3. Bachelor of Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)
4. Bachelor of Housing, Building and Planning
5. Bachelor of Quantity Surveying
Why IJM Scholarship
The recipients of Biasiswa IJM will have a guaranteed job waiting for you. Successful scholars will serve as employees of IJM or any of its subsidiaries for a stipulated period immediately upon completion of their studies. This is a very good scholarship offer that you shouldn't ignore.
IJM Scholarship Requirements
You must have the followings to apply for this scholarship:
a. Malaysian citizen, aged 21 years and below
b. Must be waiting for admission or already admitted to pursue a full-time degree course in a local university
c. Must have achieved a minimum of 5As in SPM/O-Level and minimum of 3As in STPM/ALevel or equivalent whichever is applicable
d. Good command of English, both written and verbal
e. Active in sports and extra-curricular activities
f. For those currently pursuing a degree, must achieve at least a CGPA score of 3.50 out of 4.00 in their latest semester result
g. Financially needy
h. Applicants shall not have received any other scholarship/education loan from any other scholarship/education loan from any other organization/person at the time of his/her application

NEWS UPDATES
RM663,000 scholarship awarded to 15 studentsIJM Corporation Berhad awarded 15 scholarships amounting to RM663,000 to outstanding Malaysian undergraduate students to pursue their first-degree courses in local universities and institutes.
IJM Corporation Berhad in a statement said the 15 recipients were notably selected by a panel of interviewers based on their academic excellence, active involvement in sports and co-curricular activities and family financial background.
The scholarships were presented by IJM chairman Tan Sri Abdul Halim Ali, who was accompanied by chief executive officer and managing director, Datuk Soam Heng Choon at a ceremony in Subang Jaya, Tuesday.
